LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE

Premises:  Wantage Town Centre / Market Place, Wantage

Notice is given that Wantage Town Council has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence / Club Premises Certificate (delete as applicable) under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:

Indoors & Outdoors Performance of Plays 09.00 – 22.00
Indoors and Outdoors Exhibition of Films 09.00 – 22.00
Indoors and Outdoors Sporting Events 09.00 – 22.00
Indoors and Outdoors Performance of Live Music 10.00 – 21.00
Indoors and Outdoors Performance of Recorded Music 10.00 – 21.00
Indoors and Outdoors Performance of Dance 10.00 – 21.00
Other indoor and Outdoor Events including: Town Markets, Carnivals and community events to avoid TEN notices 10.00 – 21.00
Indoors and Outdoors Supply of Alcohol 07.00 – 21.00

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB or email to licensing.unit@whitehorsedc.gov.uk

Representations must be received by April 2nd 2019

Date of Notice: 25th February 2019

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
