The County Council recently offered free fruit trees to local communities, and we’re excited to announce that Wantage have chosen two allotment sites to benefit from this generous initiative:
– Grove Rd
– Stockham Park
These fruit trees, which were planted last week by county officers, will provide fresh, delicious fruit for our community to enjoy. Once matured, the fruit will be available for everyone to enjoy—completely free!
A big thank you to the county for helping us grow a more sustainable and fruitful future. We look forward to seeing these trees thrive and the community benefit for years to come!
